Dr. Goyal is the Chairman of the Mogae Group.

An alumnus of BITS Pilani, he did his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, followed by his doctorate in hi-voltage electrical transmission lines.

Dr. Goyal has been a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers and an international Fellow of CIGRE Paris.

A retired Chief Engineer of the Punjab State Electricity Board, Dr. Goyal is a well respected academician, philanthropist and senior citizen.
 
A Masters in Sanskrit from Indraprastha College of the Delhi University, Mrs. Goyal was the first woman to join the Punjab Civil Service in the early 50s. She served as a Class I magistrate for many years, besides holding senior district and state level positions in Punjab before being elevated to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

During her tenure in the IAS, Mrs. Goyal served as Director of Food & Civil Supplies, as well as Labour Commissioner of the state of Punjab.
 
Sandeep Goyal is the Vice Chairman of The Mogae Group. A well-known name in the world of media & communication, Sandeep was the Group Chairman of Dentsu’s India operations from 2003 to 2011. He was earlier Group CEO of Zee Telefilms & is a former President of ad agency Rediffusion DY&R. Currently Sandeep is chairman of Mogae Media.

An MBA (FMS Delhi ’84) and an Honors graduate in English literature (gold medalist) from Panjab University, Sandeep did his schooling & college in Chandigarh.

Sandeep has been on the governing bodies of the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI), Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF), Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), Media Research Users Council (MRUC) and the US-based National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences of (NATAS), over the years.

The first Indian on the global jury of the Emmy Awards (2002), Sandeep wrote ‘The Dum Dum Bullet’, a bestseller on the business of advertising in 2003. The book was published by Penguin. In 2014, ‘Konjo- The Fighting Spirit’, a Harper-Collins publication hit the stands as a sequel to The Dum Dum.
 
An MBA, and an Honors graduate in Economics and Mathematics, Tanya has been in the corporate sector for well over two decades.

Starting out as a management trainee at Swaraj Mazda, Tanya moved to the Hero Group in 1987 as marketing coordinator of the then nascent Hero Puch project. Tanya then worked briefly with the Kinetic Group before moving on to Grindlays Bank plc’s Esanda Finance where she was head of consumer finance for Northern India. Tanya quit banking to start Mogae Consultants in January 1992. She was one amongst the first professional head-hunters in the country and has over the years serviced top-level recruitment requirements of many Indian & MNC clients. Tanya was also a consultant to Hewitt Associates in 2001-02.

Tanya has been a six-term executive committee member of the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI), and has been an executive committee member of the Indian chapter of the International Advertising Association (IAA). Tanya chaired the prestigious Client Disputes Redressal Committee of the AAAI for three consecutive years, and has been part of many important INS and IBF sub-committees.
